I'm a Manchester-based photographer with 25 years of experience across portrait, editorial, event, news, PR, and music. My love for photography started at 7 when my dad handed me an SLR. After a detour through graphic design, I rediscovered my passion and began assisting photographers in the Northwest. That led to a full-time staff photographer position at a press agency for 18 years where I shot everything from Stevie Wonder to riots.

Now freelancing, I bring a dynamic, adaptable approach and know how to make my subjects feel at ease. With a recent first-class degree in psychology, I’m exploring how photography can improve wellbeing through art and the process of photography. I also collaborate with a talented team of photographers and videographers for bigger projects.
